Travel Stretching: Quick Shoulder FixI'm off on a short trip (but long drive) to visit some relatives this weekend, so I've been thinking about stretches to do when I stop for gas, snacks, etc. Here's a favorite shoulder stretch that comes from Bob Anderson, author of the book Stretching. Here's how to make your shoulders a bit happier, and your drive more comfortable: -Clasp your hands behind your neck (but don't pull on your neck) and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Keep your elbows out to the sides. -Hold for a count of 5, then release. Repeat 2-3 times. And of course, when traveling, don't forget your running gear! Happy Running!
