Tip of the Week

Ok, I sort of dropped the ball on this, or I would have posted with more notice. But FYI for the future (and it's not midnight yet) today is National Running Day!


For details, check out this link below to the Active Network. But for dedicated runners, every day is National Running Day. The exception: when it's your day off. I believe in taking one day off from running a week. I usually walk, do yoga, or get some other exercise, but it's not running. I started that after college as part of my marathon training, and I think it's helped keep my injuries to a minimum. So, enjoy your running days, but don't blow off your rest day--put it on your schedule for the week!
